Hi angel! I’m Starcissa, pronounced "Star-see-suh" I'm a Kawaii Y2K Artist, Licensed Tattooer, Astrologer, Singer and Boundary Literacy Educator and Advocate ⋆.˚ᰔ .𖥔˚

I was born in Japan as a mixed Black and Filipino woman. Where I was raised on Sanrio, Sailor moon and late 90s Mcbling Y2K aesthetics/culture/music. When I moved to Florida in the early 2000s I started to get in touch with my black heritage and started exploring black culture. Over the years I've experimented with combining my cultural heritage with my love for retrofuturism.
I created and ran Harajuku Tattoo (2017–2025) and now channel that same glittery energy into tattoo art, prints, music, stickers/charms, digital resources, astrology readings, guides and boundary education.

☆ 2010 - Now: Started studying and practicing Natal and Horary Tropical Astrology.
☆ 2007-2009 + 2014 - 2017: Started my tattoo apprenciteship twice and then eventually became a lead tattooer

☆ 2026: Began studying Boundary literacy and sharing my journey of boundary skill building
